Example 1: The date of birth of Ron is July 25 1985 (25/07/1985). Get his age as of the 28th January 2021 and verify it using the calculator to calculate his age.

Solution:

Applying the formula to calculate Ron's age:

Age of a Person = Given date + Date of birth.

Ron's Date of Birth = July 25, 1985.

Giving date: January 28 2021.

Years' Difference = 2020 - 1985 = 35 Years.

There are 6 months left between 25th July 2020 and 5 January 2021 equals 6 months.

The remaining days of 25 January 2021 until 28 January 2021 is 3 days.

So, Ron's age is 35 years, 6 months and 3 days.

Example 2: Harry's date of birth was July 13, 1992. Find his age on April 21st in 2016, and confirm it with the calculator for age.

Solution:

Applying the formula to calculate Harry's age:

Age of a person = Present date - Date of birth.

Harry's Date of Birth = July 13, 1992.

Years The Difference between 2015 and 1993 = 23 years. (This is determined from June 1992 to June 2015).

There are 10 months left from 13 June 2015 until 13 April 2016 , which is 10 months.

Number of remaining days from 13 April 2016 to 21 April 2016 = 8 days.

Thus, Harry's age will be 23 years 10, 10 months with 8 days.
